Leave a Legacy

A bequest in your will is one of the ways you can help Anishnawbe Health provide healthcare and healing for Toronto’s Indigenous community. A planned gift through a bequest may significantly reduce, by means of a charitable tax receipt, the tax payable on your final income tax return. Other ways include:

Gifts of Life Insurance

Gifts of a new or existing life insurance policy can be made naming Anishnawbe Health Foundation as the beneficiary. This support builds towards a sizeable gift in the future by making relatively small premium payments today. You may also choose to make the Foundation the owner of an existing policy and receive a tax receipt for premium payments.

RRSPs and RRIFs

Anishnawbe Health Foundation can be named as the beneficiary of a RRSP or RRIF.

Endowments

Establishing an endowment fund is another way to support Anishnawbe Health.   These investments are overseen by the Foundation’s Board of Directors and can provide a perpetual source of income for programs and services at Anishnawbe Health.
